We are looking for a strategic thinker who is passionate about customer lifecycle to join as our new CRM Brand Operations Manager/ Campaign Planner.. This is a great opportunity for someone who prioritises being customer focused and proactively seeks way to improve our customer experience. Within this role you will help guide our various brand teams to ensure CRM strategies are in line with company goals whilst liaising with relevant departments to assure that all campaigns are performing at their best.
What will you get up to day to day?
Working on different sports, casino and live casino brands for our German market, you are a long-term planner who excels at reporting on the development of different customer segments in order to deliver feedback to key stakeholders highlighting our efforts to develop the customer lifecycle. After all our vision is: providing an awesome gambling experience through brands that add value to us, our customers and our industry. Whereby we expect you to play a big part and share the passion to make this happen!
In this role you are expected to drive that same vision with strategies together with the CRM team, leading and guiding brand teams in their retention & reactivation activities across all products and services we offer. Improving the customer experience is key, this is possible by monitoring targeted and segmented CRM campaigns – measuring ROI, prioritising resources, cost control, and enabling continuous improvement in customer retention & reactivation. This is only possible when we run together as a team, and you will be liaising with most of the departments from development, design, customer engagement to BI and more.
Data will be your right hand, giving you visibility on KPI’s with a focus on activity, retention & value, allowing you to constantly evaluate and improve customer segmentation. It will also help when conducting market research to follow trends within the casino & sportsbook industry we are in.
What’s more, we expect you will also be ensuring the CRM systems used are meeting our objectives and coming up with solutions as needed, working on ad hoc tasks and projects such as implementation of new CRM tools.
What’s your background?
We are after a customer-centric individual with a strong background in CRM using campaign management and email marketing tools to improve customer experience. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, speak German and native level and are fluent in English. Being highly numerate & commercially aware as well as data driven will enable you to deliver positive results within this role.
Given the nature of the industry we would like you to have previously worked in online gaming and have an interest in the casino & sportsbook player journey. Previous experience dealing with top tier players, formulating long term strategies with the VIP team will be an added plus.
