They’re looking for a CRM Manager who will be responsible for all execution of CRM across all channels and on-site presentation of all promotional activity. This role calls for someone who is passionate about the customer lifecycle and who prioritises being customer focused and proactively seeks ways to improve the customer experience. You will help guide the various teams both in Malta and in Austria to ensure CRM strategies are in line with company goals whilst liaising with relevant departments to assure that all campaigns are performing at their best.
